Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles you were just working on. Improve your stamina, overall health, sleep and join our yoga community.

Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.

    YOGA LOVE STORY 

     STUDIO POLICY

     At Yoga Love Story we strive to provide our students and our community with exceptional 

    classes and outstanding service.

    We have a responsibility to contribute not only to our student community and also the great 

    Cyprus community as well.

    Our mission at Yoga Love Story is to provide high quality yoga instruction in a fun, 

    supportive, and inclusive environment for healing, transformation, and empowerment.

    The benefits of yoga can be felt immediately and seen over time. Benefits are accessible to 

    anyone regardless of fitness level, age, experience or background.

    Our intention is not to simply bring you a healthier body and peace of mind. These are 

    byproducts of the yoga practice. The aim of yoga is about experiencing oneness, cultivating a

    mind capable of concentration and a heart free of judgment. The gifts of this mystical journey

    happen to include a radiant body and a joyful existence.

    General Information

    Wear comfortable clothing.

    Please refrain from chewing gum or wearing perfume.

    Since the practice is physical, it is best to practice on an empty belly. Meals should be 

    consumed at least 2 hours prior to class; snacks at least 1 hour.

    No food or open containers are allowed in the main practice studio or workout areas.

    We encourage students to bring their own yoga mat; however, mats are provided free of 

    charge.

    You may bring a water bottle and hand towel. All other props are provided.

    Restrooms are available that may be used as a changing space.

    Studio Policies:

    Please remove your shoes on the rug as soon as you enter the studio and place them at the 

    changing room space upstairs, preferably remove your socks too.

    Arrive 10 ' minutes prior to the start of class to allow plenty of time to check-in. don't show 

    up late for your practice so you don't disturb your fellow yogis and interrupt the class.

    If you arrive late for a yoga class, please enter silently and wait in the lobby for a minimum 

    of 5 minutes until the instructor calls you in.

    You may join class after centering is complete.

    Students are required to sign a waiver prior to participating in their first class, arrive a few 

    minutes early before your first class and inform your instructor about past or current injuries 

    or if you have any medical conditions.

    Please wait until students have exited the classroom before entering for the next class.
